Andiamo alla scoperta del giovane tecnico italiano ma di origine marocchine Younes Chaf che tanto bene sta facendo con i giovani dell’Under 14 dell’AIK Stochkolm.
Si definisce un allenatore moderno che vuole trasmettere i valori sani del calcio ai suoi giovani giocatori. Inizialmente calciatore, poi ha deciso di intraprendere la strada di colui che siede in panchina e lo sta facendo in Svezia dopo i dirigenti hanno immediatamente notato il suo talento dandogli un’opportunità importante.
Nonostante i 32 anni già ha le idee chiare: “Vorrei trasmettere ai giovane la voglia di giocare, il sacrificio e la determinazione che ci vogliono per andare avanti. Nella mia squadra ci sono 16 ragazzi tutti di etnie diverse ma siamo veramente un gruppo unito dove non c’è alcuna differenza. In Italia a volte questo non si percepisce soprattutto viste le restrizioni in materia di tesseramento che molti calciatori extracomunitari si trovano a affrontare, qui in Svezia è tutto diverso si da a tutti la possibilità di provarci e spero che questi cambi anche in Italia il prima possibile”.
